My approach
Relaxed, warm and supportive.
As a mother of two myself, I understand the nature of motherhood and the importance of feeling comfortable, supported, and unhurried in front of the camera.
I allow ample time to capture you and your little one, so you can fully relax and simply be as you are. There is no need to prepare anything or perform for the camera - I will gently guide the process, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. From your pregnancy session, to the sanctity of the birth room, and the tender moments at home with a newborn, my role is to document your story in a way that feels true to you and your family’s needs.

The Experience
1. Discovery call
Enquire via the contact form, and we will talk about your story and timing.
2. Payment
Payment plans are available. Payment is due in full prior to your film session or EDD, but the cost may be spread throughout your pregnancy.
3. Filming
We make plans that are relaxed and flexible - I will come to your home, or the agreed location, and will gently guide the process. (Birth stories are documented unobtrusively).
4. Delivery
Your precious stories are delivered digitally via a VidFlow Gallery for your family to watch, share, download and treasure forever.

Family Legacy Films grew from a simple belief: every family has stories worth keeping.
My role is to create a relaxed space where you can simply be yourself. I then capture you as you are, crafting stories your family can treasure for generations.

That's completely normal. My approach is gentle and conversational, and most people settle into the process within minutes. There are no scripts, performances or expectations — just a meaningful conversation.

Absolutely. Family members are welcome to be present, participate in the conversation, or share their own memories and reflections.

Most filming sessions take between 2–3 hours, allowing plenty of time for stories to emerge naturally without feeling rushed.

Yes. Family photographs, letters, documents and archived home videos can all be incorporated into your film where appropriate, helping bring memories and stories to life.

Every story is unique, but most completed films are between 30–45 minutes in length.
